These terms apply to gyms using the PTLog platform and to their users.

1. The service

PTLog is software that gives gyms member, session, package, payment and progress management.
Each gym runs on its own subdomain under its own brand.

2. Accounts and access

The owner account is opened by the platform; team and members join by invitation.
Keeping account credentials safe is the user's responsibility.

3. Subscription and payment

The service is licensed annually; when a period ends access closes gently and data is preserved.
Payments a gym takes from its members are between the gym and the member.

4. Acceptable use

Unlawful content, unauthorised data collection and abuse of the system are prohibited.
Attempting to reach another gym's data terminates the agreement.

5. AI features

AI output is a draft, not medical advice or a diagnosis.
A trainer reviews and approves the result.

6. Data ownership

The gym's data and its members' data belong to the gym.
Export is available during the subscription and for a reasonable period after.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
No liability is accepted for indirect damages.

8. Changes

If these terms change, notice is given before the effective date.
