No business rule lives in code
Cancellation cut-off, QR lifetime, absence threshold, tax rate, notification wording: all settings. When the gym changes, the code doesn't.

The data is the gym's, leaks are impossible
Each gym's data is separated at the database level; no query can reach another gym's records. An independent audit and automated tests confirm it on every release.

The member app is a branded web app: it sits on the home screen, receives notifications, opens with one tap. Every fix we ship reaches everyone at once.

What is PTLog?
PTLog is a platform that brings member, trainer and business management together for gyms and studios. Every gym that buys it gets its own address, a management panel in its own brand, and an app its members add to their home screen.
How do we get started?
Write to us and we open your gym within hours. When the owner accepts the invitation, a five-step setup wizard begins: logo and colour, region and tax, branches, team invitations, app installation. Every step can be skipped and finished later in Settings.
How do members and trainers use it?
Members join through an invitation link or a PIN handed out at the desk, add the app to their home screen and follow their sessions, program and progress there. Trainers use the trainer view of the same app; the owner and authorised staff work from the web panel.
Do we need a store app?
No. PTLog is a branded web app (PWA): it goes on the home screen on iPhone and Android, opens with one tap and receives notifications. No store review, no release waiting, no installation.
Can we switch off features we do not use?
Yes. Packages, sessions, classes, attendance, finance, messaging and AI are modules with a single switch. A module you switch off leaves the menu and the settings, and you can bring it back whenever you like. You also define the roles and their permissions.
Which languages and currencies are supported?
Turkish, English, German, Spanish and French. Each gym sets its own default language, currency, time zone and tax rate; each person can also pick their own language.
Is our data safe?
Each gym's data is separated at the database level; no gym can see another gym's records. Connections are encrypted, every change is written to an audit trail, and deletions can be undone. Consent records are kept with their version.
